On Thursday, 03 August 2023, 108 Students of the Public Administration Study Program (Adpub) Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Humanities Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi (FIAH UMMI) held Field Lectures.

On this occasion, a Public Discussion was held, taking place at Kasman Songodimedjo Hall, 4th Floor, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (FISIP UMJ), entitled "Demands for Competencies of Public Administration Graduates in the Industrial Age 4.0." This public discussion was opened with remarks from the Dean of FISIP UMJ, Prof. Dr. Evi Satispi, M.Si; she warmly welcomed the arrival of Adpub students and was grateful for choosing FISIP UMJ as the host of the public discussion and hoped to have the opportunity to carry out a return visit to the UMMI campus.

Then the remarks from the Dean of FIAH UMMI, followed by a presentation of material by the Head of the UMMI Adpub Study Program, Mr. M.Rijal Amirullah, S.IP., M.KP and the Head of the UMJ Adpub Study Program, Mrs. Nida Handayani, S.IP., M.Sc, with the moderator is Mrs. Dini Gandini Purbaningrum, S.IP., MA. In this forum, Ms. Nida explained that in addition to competency which is a benchmark in improving knowledge and expertise, students must also have good morals/attitude, be able to work in a team, be initiative and responsive to change as capital that is very useful in the world of work.

In addition, students must also foster a lifelong learning spirit so that they can always adapt to changing times.
